Joining Blewbury Buccaneers FC
If you would like your child to join Blewbury Buccaneers FC, we would require completed membership application and parent consent forms and membership fee (renewable each new football season).
Please note that parents/guardians will be responsible at all times for their children. This includes, but is not limited to:
• being responsible for your child’s conduct and behaviour
• being responsible for your child should he/she get injured
• ensuring your child wears shin-pads under football socks during training and matches
• ensuring your child wears appropriate clothing and footwear
• ensuring your child brings a drink for refreshment
• if possible, ensuring your child brings a football to training
Fees
The membership fee for the new season is £25. Please complete the form(s) and return with the necessary payment to our Club Secretary, Cathy Sweeney. Cheques should be made payable to “Blewbury Buccaneers FC”.
Insurance
The club has public liability insurance through its FA affiliation. Parents and guardians may wish to obtain personal liability cover for their children, they will need to arrange this themselves.
